IFFR will be back at the Rotary Convention in Taipei in June 2026. We will be having our booth at the House of Friendship as usual, and a fantastic gala dinner.
But its time now to book your hotel room. We have secured a very comfortable and conveniently located hotel to offer you when attending the 2026 RI Convention in Taipei; namely, the Grand HiLai. Our IFFR Group booking is for up to 15 rooms only, but naturally the choice is yours as to where you wish to stay; however, you may be able to also book nights prior to the event.
It’s in a great location in the city, only a short walk to the “House of Friendship”, the trainline connecting the RI Convention Hall and shopping nearby. Our IFFR rooms are available, in Saturday 13 June and out on Thursday 18 June, being the day our post-Convention flyAway to Hong Kong will start.
All rooms booked are Deluxe rooms. The cost is circa NT$12,116 per night for a double room inclusive of taxes and fees, which based on today’s exchange rate is US$ 398 with only a minor reduction in rate available for single person occupancy, so please consider sharing.
Registrations and banking for handling our IFFR hotel registration is planned via the IFFR International bank account in US$.

and pay 2 nights deposit of US$820.00, being the room deposit, including bank fee and the handling charges paid to Rotary’s accommodation provider Maritz.
When making your booking:
- Please complete the fields highlighted in yellow on the attached form and save when making your booking.
- Select and type the room configuration you wish to book;
- If you are registering two people to share one double room, please add the second name;
- RI Convention dates as shown – IN: Saturday 13th June, ’26 => OUT: Thursday 18th JUNE ’26 although days before and after may be available;
- Make sure you state the arrival date and the departure date for your hotel reservation;
- Please pay US$820.00 into the IFFR Account on making your booking with your name as the payment reference or once confirmation has been received.
Note:
- Your deposit covers the cost of your first and last nights’ stay;
- Other charges will be payable to the hotel on departure in New Taiwanese Dollars (NT$);
- Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis;
- Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund (less handling fee) usually until late October 2025.
