International Fellowship of Flying Rotarians
Americas Region
proudly hosts IFFR events at the
99th RI Convention in Los Angeles and the
Golden West Fly-Away
June 15 - 28, 2008

This Fly-Away event was a success due largely to the hard work and dedication of our World Past President Sam Bishop.
Fourteen months prior to the event, he has been planning, refining the program, making countless phone calls and trips
to assure us a fun program with a good value.  He did all this while running an active business.  Thank you Sam!
Sam had the assistance of our section chair Larry Wolfsen, Geoff White, Marlyn McClaskey, WPP Tony Watson and many more.
Photographs came from a number of sources and are shared on this site.  For those of you who participated in the event, it is
certainly a fun and memorable one.  For those who were unable to attend, we are happy and proud to share this IFFR event,
a fine testament of fun and fellowship at its best.  When you meet a Rotarian with an interest in aviation, invite them to join IFFR.

Safe travels,
Peter More, VP
